The CPTEC® NG-5000 Series compressor lubricants are formulated using high quality diester base fluid combined with an excellent performance antiwear additive package. These compressor lubricants feature enhanced thermal and oxidative stability, enabling them to operate over a wide range of temperatures without varnish, sludge, or carbon deposit formation. These products also have extremely low volatility, enabling decreased maintenance and significantly reduced lubricant consumption.
The CPTEC® NG-5000 Series fluids are particularly suited for use in reciprocating compressors with high compression ratios where high temperatures are prevalent.

Specialty gas compressor lubricants work in direct contact with gas stream and may be diluted with gas or contaminated with some gaseous or liquid media. This would alter lubricant properties.
